For the 2 ROCK CRABS for Doc Grog, you have to go to the Misty Mire on tortuga. Kill the rock crabs there. That is the way to concinue on with the quest.
I also thought it was a bug at the time, but someone told me what to do. Hope this helps! Good Luck questing!
