I've had this bug lots of times now.... one kick, then stopped.
To overcome it, exit the game and go back in. You will obviously still be in jail. HOLD DOWN the shift button and kick, worked every time for me :-) You might also try shooting your pistol if that doesn't work, so the game recognises you are in jail in the first place lol |
