Before I get too excited, I'd like to know what the 2x limited rep reward is exactly. Does it mean you get a certain number of hours that you get double rep points? If so does it mean playing time (i.e. actual hours logged in instead of time passed logged in or not). When does the time start? As soon as you finish the quest or do you start it some other way? How much time is given?

I'm assuming my questions may well go unanswered so I'm hoping people here who experienced last years version of this event will tell the rest of use the answers to my questions. I'm guessing I'll have better luck here.
