Skill and notoriety level maxes, share your opinion.
Even though the skill level cap was raised to 25 I still they should make it higher or at least give me some other way to earn upgrade points. I want to be able to fully upgrade all attacks for all my weapons eventually. I also don't think the notoriety shouldn't have a max at all. Eventually people will reach as high as u can go and want more. I would be fine with a skill level max if I can fully upgrade all attacks for weapons but I would like to continue to build notoriety. I need some reason to continue to play the game.
