These and other ideas is just what the game needs
In fact - wanna a REALLY SIMPLE ONE? Just make it so pirates replaying the Pearl can get a bit of REP from doing it again (even a measly 500 REP / play - I'd be in that three / four times a day! At least it would be an update worth playing a few months until new "real" updates came along...)
Better than standing in a cave... again... day after day... beating a weapon to death on the same guy over... and over... and over...
