As I see it, there is one problem with the rules, specifically:

all ships must be fully closed to friends, guild, and public.

Quote:

Every captain must be in their side's crew

So, if I'm gunning whatever ammo I have has to last for an hour? If the ships are closed and the captains are in a crew different from the gunners no one will be able to get ammo.
