Level 40, Mastering or Fully Mastering, or Boss Battles.

(I've decided that, even when the new release hits open, we are still going to celebrate Level 40 Noto, and Level 25 Weapons glows. These have been with us for almost 2 full years, and I'm not going to throw away the tradition. We will also celebrate Weapons level 30's and Noto 50's.)
