The prior level 40 pirate master list, was just that, a list, not numbered. Numbering the list only makes it more difficult to manage.

Actually - thats a bit incorrect. The list was done by number, pirate and date (Orginal List By Ironhawk) for the first 6 months... then as more pirates hit the mark on April st of 2008 the list was just added by day and not numbered.

The difference this time tough is that a) we have two years of knowledge and b) the statement is correct about two years of glitchers. It will not take nearly as long as 6 months to see the number of 50's as it did last time, so the suggestion of just going by date (and skip the numbers) may be best

Will the list have glitchers? Sure - even the last list did (after time, people did learn things and get on the list). It does not mean not to run a list, but it does mean that you are posting NOT for everyone else but just for own sense of accomplishment

Or as Sarah just Ninja'ed me with the best point - just post when you get to 50
