I was looking over the "Players Q&A" on the official web site and found the following cool info. :
'I was wondering why some POTC online players (avatars) over level 30 can do things like play a guitar or sweep with a brush??!! What is this and how do they do this? Thanks! This sounds like a case of our DEV's showing off! Stay tuned for fun emotes that may be unlocked by certain quests and notoriety gains.'
