How do you get over to

I tried to jump, but I fell a few feet short. I tried to go into the ditch, and then climb up on his ledge to him, but my rope snaped half way. I tried to swing my way over, but I slipped and, once again, fell. I tried to get Chuck Norris to levitate him over to my side using him beard, but he just round-house kicked me and told me "You never demand from Chuck!"

lol, In all seriousness, there currently is no way to get over to him (or at least any way I know of.) I guess you could try to glitch, but where is the question.
