But that is why the have few... So that they can pay all of their attention to the reported bugs.

If that is the case then just eliminate the middle man and send whatever they have to open, let the thousands to millions report the stuff and eventually they will fix it.

The Test Server is to prevent that the thousands to millions have to report any problems.
