Graphics after update

Ok I logged on this morning and found an update loading, thought cool maybe they have repaired SvS cannon glitch, SvS sail glitch,sinking ship rep glitch or any number of problems that they installed with last update. Alas was not to be, I instead found my graphics to be in very poor quality. I am lucky enough to have a pc that allows me to run graphics on high and can't guess what they would look like on med. or low. The text in chat is almost unreadable. I tried open gl,directx 8 and 9 and still no luck. Let me know if you find a cure for this problem as I cant fix it. May have to wait for Big D to update again to get graphics back to normal (sigh )

I will add that I play other online games and I prefer pirates mostly due to the people that play it. They as a rule are a nicer group of players and they are what keeps me here even when the game itself becomes stale. That being said I dont play any other game where these kind of problems happen to this degree and regularity.
