Ok, got the screenies for you. From Exuma, main beach barricade.

We tried cheering them on, we tried threatening them

but that didn't work either. We just had to let them take their eternally long way at it. But eventually they did break through both times, and Jolly did show. If you find yourself on one of these servers, you might just want to try letting them pass. At least till D wakes up and fixes this.
