Official Pirate Report Meeting Thread

This is now the official thread for the POTCO Report Meetings. If you would like to plan a meeting, please PM me before posting it here.

We will be having a POTCO report meeting on the last Sunday of each month, with our next one being February 24, 2008.

We will meet in Port Royal at the shipwright, where everyone will be ushered by me to our secret location. Please remember to not reveal our secret meeting location, we will have a public meeting house and you are welcome to go here.

Time: 4:00PM EST --- 3:00PM CST --- 2:00PM MST --- 1:00PM PST

Also for those who have never been with us before, don't think the meeting is at the Shipwright. That's where we meet, and I'll usher us to the meeting location from there.

Rules of our meetings:
1.Be considerate of the person speaking.

At our last meeting, everyone was trying to talk at once and it was very hard to see what was on our subject and what was not. I don't mind you all whispering among each other but do not use any public chat talk for off-topic stuff during the meeting.

2. Remain where you are asked to.

Not trying to promote senority, but we have a spot for the head of staff or "board" to stand, and an area for members and guests. If you are a guest or member, stay in that assigned area, and the same goes for the board.

3. Board members should be there 10 minutes early.

I'll tell you where the meeting place is when you arrive and send you there that way you're where you should be on that day.

4. Try to dress formal for the meetings

While I'm not making an official uniform for the report, I do ask you try to wear bow and tie while you're at the meetings, coat would be nice too. I will have an image of my meeting dressings soon.

Texas Hold'em Thursday
Kick off the week by joining us in the forum casino for a good ol' fashioned "Tortuga" Hold'em tournament! No holds bard here either, you get what you get and lose what you lose!

No-foldFridays

Slide some cards up that fake sleeve - unless you don't have a sleeve - and get those chips a'flyin! We're holding a no holds bard Poker AND Blackjack tournie every Friday! No rules here, just don't get caught cheatin'!

Starts at 6PM Eastern Time, ends at 9PM Eastern Time! Meeting place and ocean same as usual.

Sailing Saturdays!

You don't have to have a frigate to come, just team up on boats and sail out to sink!(That be the enemy boats though, not our boats. ^^) Just remember 2 things though.

Questioning you're captain's abilities is mutiny, and you might for it. ^^
One other thing, it best be advised we team up for big boat battles, and we'll only fight flagships if the groups split up. ^^
