Right mouse button not working: Only occurs when in game.

Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

When at sea or on land it's near impossible to use the right mouse button to look at different angles. Why?

No, it's not my mouse because the right button works fine any other time, except when in game. And the mouse on the laptop works just fine for the right button to change views, but when I go to the wireless one, it just won't work well.

Does anyone know a fix? I know it's not the mouse, because it worked fine up until about two months ago but after an update it just won't work.

P.S. Is there another way to change views? I'm sick and tired of the mouse not working for me, and I'm not going to go spend money on a new mouse to have it not work either.
