Truth is, relics aren't tied to any one event. It really is a random occurrence.
I have two relics. One came from a level 29 Flotsam and one came from General Hex in the Misty Mire. I have never really had Darkhart drop anything worth keeping. My advice is to keep moving, keep playing and stop worrying about it. You will get what you get. The lost sword isn't "all that" anyway. I dumped both my relics because my level 69 broadsword does everything I need it to. |
