Disney bans based on how serious the reason for banning is. However, they don't ban single pirates, they always do accounts or higher.
I'm not sure about IP bans though. I've seen people get banned for various reasons (more than likely on a basic account), only to log on to another account. They should always ban the players IP.. if something like that would of happened, linked accounts could have stayed. |
