When did the Body Changes happen?

I notice the girl pirates still have tiny wrists... how do they hold a broadsword with those things?

I found it to be much easier to get a look I liked better with Emily Goldeagle (my new pirate) than with Catherine (who is my old pirate.) I prefer the new body changes to the old, frankly. Much easier to get a normal-ish looking pirate (at least for the girl pirates.)
