Well I wasn't sure....
My only guess is that he's there to test if he's ready for the full environment of the game. They'll probably place him in Raven's Cove later, rather than opening up Raven's cove and THEN placing him in. He'll probably be gone soon, just like the skeleton blackjack players. However, that doesn't explain why they added the entire building next to him either. |
