to make matters more interesting, if you are fishing while the boat you are on is moved, there are no changes to the fish you are working below.

In other words, if you begin to fish off another persons boat,
Use ocean view to inspect the fish below
the other person moves that boat while you are fishing,
use ocean view to inspect the fish below

the views are the same.
