Were you lagging at the time? That happens when you accidentally drop a weapon over another weapon with lag. Moving around some weapons usually solves the problem.
Anyways, I went to Neban for about a half hour today and a got a Sabre of the Inquisition off him. Decent sword, awesome name. |
