And no, the story chapter seems to be coming within the next few months, especially with how this one ended (The "Evil Curse of Doom", most likely, or similar to, the Black Spot - if you know what that leads to). He said it will be at least as long as the Black Pearl Chapter and did NOT say it would take as long as it did to come: If that's what you meant.
