these aren't all weapons but they are features I would like to see...

pooling guild resources

improved broadsides (firebrand/lightning/fury) or at least restructure the current points so 5 points on a broadside gives you firebrand (assuming you have the cannon ability and a supply of them)

pooling crew quests

have crew/guild mates show up as a different color in the compass for easier tracking
