Then pay $80 a year, that saves you $40. By the way, a new set of cloths comes out once a month, so over the period of one month at least 12 new clothing sets will come out, or more depending on what sort of events they have out.

There are hundreds of clothing items in the files that don't even exist in the game, so the one set they have on test is just the beginning.
