I just talked to one of the POTCO reps in an online chat. He said that this is a known issue, and they have just been backed up recently but it should be fixed soon. When it is fixed anyone who didn't get the quest will receive it, and have to complete it.
I don't know about you guys, but I personally don't really want to level my guy or do any more of the story till I can teleport to port royal. So I'm gonna level another guy and maybe skill up my weapons and sailing. |
