I think I get it!!
Since in POTC2, Jack pretty much died in the sea, so he joined Jone's crew. But at the very end of POTC2 that lady [i forgot her name] ask what people would do to get Jack back, and some of them said 'Anything' or something. [I'm sorry my quoting it bad]
So they might have rescued Jack from Jone's crew . . ??
