I think what he is asking is if the name " Black Jack's Crew " is too similar to the famous ( or infamous he he ) Black Bart's Krewe.

My opinion is that it should be fine. What I DON'T think would be fine is
Black Bart's Crewe, Black Bart's krewe 1

Those kinds of very minor changes designed only to confuse people. IMHO, Black Jack's Crew would be within the parameters of good taste.
