I need a helmsman(I'm trying to lv up my cannon skills)

I'm a slaming helmsman myself, but that does little good if you be trying to lv up your cannons.

They should really have an outpost in game where people can sign up for a crew, and the captain can just select people from the list(the current system sucks).

I have a Light Frigate, and need a good helmsman(that knows how to menuever a ship), so I can gain some cannon levels(Iwant those Firebrand, and Thunderstorms, so I can raise hell on the high seas), can someone help me out?
