PvP Solution (temporary)

they could make seperate arenas for each class of levels, like most games have done. just an example. 1-10, 11-19, 20-29, 30-40 .. that could keep users with staff and raised skills together, etc. this way when you went to team pvp or 1 vs1 you were at least fighting people closer to your level, than having lvl 1-15's running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

of course they could come in later and add rewards for the top player in each category then if/when guild/team pvp was added they could have guild rankings etc. obviously adding something more a guild or friends could do together in game.
