Well i think it's after the 3rd movie, but with Beckett still alive.
What i think happened dis that after the Flying Dutchman was sunk, part of the crew jumped ship at Isla Tormenta, turning them into fish people again. I guess they were dying, so Jolly made it so they would be his elite hit team is exchange for them to be kept alive. What do you think? |
