I just think that the navy and EITC should have patrols through out there islands, to enforce their power.
This kinda fits with the Patrol thing. Oh and I've noticed that invasions are pointless. why would Jolly destroy one building/set of walls when he could burn the whole island and take it over? i think he should burn the town and set patrols through out the island. |
