Just wondering, is the first post of this thread violating Disney's TOS of reuploading content that belongs to them as part of the service?

Since Speedway Master had decompiled the data from the software (in the Pirates Online folder, he took the data out of the .pyd file, known as decompiling, that shows all weapon data, image data, etc), I think that already violates what's stated in the quote above, from the Disney TOS.
