I would come up with a procedure and have all members follow it ( just keep reminding them in guild chat)

A suggestion might be the following:

1. Do not respond to rude comments or remarks
2. If you speak at all, keep it positive
3. If it continues, take a screen shot, and THEN ignore or report
4. TP away.

They will eventually tire and stop. I hope Disney helps ya out too.
