Twice now I have been sailing between Cuba and Port Royal and I have seen a blackish shape for a half a second before it blinks out. It looks like a small fortress taking up almost all of a volcanic outcropping jutting out of the water.
That does not seem the right place for a new island. Is my imagination running rampant or something? Is this a ghost of an old island? (Since Tortuga and Port Royal were both south of Cuba, the geography of POTCO is highly suspect anyway, so it is as good a location as any other, I guess.) Crimson Rose |
