The Hellhound undead flagships are now replaced with Cerberus after the last update.
So there are now 3 type of undead flagships for both French and Spanish: - Shadow Crow (low level) - Cerberus (medium level) - Blood Scourge (high level) All are war sloops and the highest level i have seen is 29.
