Well, I've always gotten the War Sloops first...because I have this thing about doing stuff in the "proper" order.
 Anyway, if you're not a spaz like me, save for the War Galleon - the War Sloop's not a huge improvement, and it carries less cargo than your galleon. Once you're rich (which will happen if you play long enough, LoL), buy 'em all.
