Server locations & latency?

Are all of the pirates servers physically located in California? If so, wouldn't that naturally increase latency for everyone in the 'states with respect to distance to the west coast?

I just wonder if there is even the slightest possibility that some of the oceans could be located in Florida? Perhaps Chicago?

Looking at my tracert's, the majority of my latency comes from the coast-coast transit time...... you know, physics IS physics.....
