You MUST keep a weapon drawn at all times.
If you go through a door and come back it cancels the effect. I find that I cannot damage any enemies until I have tried several. It may a timing thing, it may be a certain # of enemies. It may just be me. Anyway I use my doll and go around the top level until I can actually attune someone. Then I can switch to any weapon I want. It takes 5 or 6 enemies. |
