I love my guild!




Here are the rules for ALL Members...



Ok, Members, now that you know that rule, here are a couple more for you..

1. Do not ask to be an Officer.

2. Respect the rules set by Disney.

If an Officer or the Guild Master comes to you about an issue, it's not to be mean to you, but to help you.

We have an open door policy and a confidentiality policy. If you have an issue, bring it to an Officer or the Guild Master. They do not have to mention your name when bringing up matters to another party.







If the Guild Master deems you are ready to move up to officership, then he will come to you and talk to you privately about the position and requirements. Within the Red Eyed Pirates Guild, the Officers are restricted on TRUST alone to NOT DELETE any members!

Here are the rules for Only the Officers...

1. HAVE FUN!!!

2. Help others when you are able to. [see amendment below]

3. Find new members and recruit them. [see amendment below]


4. When an Officer notices that a player is not playing much or leveling up, it is up to the Officer to inform the Guild Master.
The Guild Master will pursue the issue further.
[A couple of players are on Summer vacation, so they are not online currently.]

5. Any other issues within the guild, should be directed to the Guild Master.

6. If a player is breaking a Disney rule, then they are to be told that they are in violation.
If they continue to do so, and it is a bad violation, it is always a good idea to just REPORT them and let Disney handle it and not get yourself involved and suspended along with them.

7. Due to open door policy, you may be called upon to listen to complaints by members or other Officers. If it is something trivial, you may be able to fix it, otherwise report it to the Guild Master, and even after it is resolved, it's always good to let the Guild Master know there was an issue.

8. Due to the confidentiality members may seek when bringing you a complaint or issue, you should refrain from telling other parties names of those involved, other than to the Guild Master, only since he has the right to know what is transpiring in the guild whether he is online or not.
