Looking for a guild to plunder the high seas with

My wife and i are looking to join up with a guild to plunder the high seas. Im pretty versed in mmos, she however is new to the game so we are looking for a guild that is pretty laid back while we adjust to this game. We are both 18+ chars and play mostly evenings EST. We enjoy all aspects of the game PvE and PvP and would like to find a group that feels the same. Ideally we would like a mid/high member count guild with some activity.
