They're Back-Not the Juggernauts Either!!

I just recently got back into the game after my computer had been torn up. Glad to be back, I started the new missions, then, as I went to get my 5 Belt Buckles. I seen them!! The spikes on the French Undead Luitenants had been coming off of them. I didn't notice them the first day before the pcsv 1.0.12.5 had come out on the 1.0.12.4. So, I am not sure if they were trying to fix something and caused the spikes or what, anybody know how to report this?
