There are three spawn points around Rumrunner's, but they alternate sentinel/corvette now. Circle Rumrunner's three times, sinking all EITC you see, then click your heels and you should see some corvettes there. Depending on the server you are on, there is sometimes one halfway between Devil's Anvil and Ile d'Etable de Porc.
Failing those, go for the one Zeppers said: it spawns at Kingshead then goes to Outcast and gets stuck there. |
