I always forget to do that. I was tired and barely awake in the first place...it's not like Disney would do anything about it anyway

I'm pretty sure I know how I did it, which is highly simplistic. I haven't tried to reproduce the cannon/helm glitch. The other one with the 3 lightning rounds seemed to be completely random and went away when I changed the ammo (a curious rabbit wanted to shoot off three explosive rounds at once).
