Poison Dagger Glitch

well i still agree with tobias and vice versa -

because its happened to me a total of 3 times in the exact way i described it previously

i died with nobody around me just the poison buff slowly draining my life out - i mean it was where i could watch it just take me down bit by bit and then I die - its happened 3 times so its definetly a bug - but its only happened at that one spot though in padres to me
