It seems as though you haven't read the terms and conditions.
Submitting ideas to Disney means they will have total control over it and you will not reseive any credit what-so-ever.

This is to avoid any misunderstandings if your ideas are similar to those we have developed independently. We must therefore request that you do not send to us any original creative materials such as screenplays, stories, song lyrics, limericks, voodoo curses, etc.

If you give them an idea it is now theirs and you'll get nothing.
Although I think they came up with this idea themselves.
