I'm starting to think it's personal - although I have reported microsoft error messages several times a day this is what my one and only email from them (dated yesterday) says:

For the latest news, check out our official web site at: http://disney.go.com/pirates/online/index.html Regards, Pirates of the Caribbean Online" I wasn't trying to unsubscribe, all I was doing was reporting a bug - oh, and if I was trying to unsubscribe, there was nothing under the signature - I just want to play the game - btw - thanks for posting what they sent you - I did update my direct X but nothing changed - and can't even get to the options menu - dumb mircrosoft error message
