Captain Del must be getting help from Tia Dalma to get this far

Bosses:
Skulls: Yes
Levels: 27+
Looks: Basically whatever type of enemy they will be, they will look like the main enemy base of that class. Ex. Skeleton boss: Grenaider/Captain looks
Release: Sometime between mid-October and Halloween, the anniversary of POTCO
