The recent GM's about in the game have confirmed a few times that they at least do check/read the forums here on occasion

Man, I know if I was in charge of a huge MMORPG that has known issues, that I would be on at least the top ranking forum for the game almost every day. How could they not be interested in checking what people are saying on a daily basis? So many good ideas get thrown around in here and if you're just checking "on occasion" you'll miss a lot of stuff.

Oh well, I'm sure Disney knows how to run their company better than I, so I'll let them....though I did just cancel my unlimited
