They changed it now, the tasks to get gold from the townfolk only gives out two gold now, but also gives 25 notoriety. I would rather have the gold.

Which townfolk can you get these quests from now? I haven't been able to find them.

The townfolk that you can get quests from have a glowing pirate flag over their head.
