AAARRRRRGGGGHHHH! and i was just about to work on my SvS quests. so given how few servers actually have people SvSing, my guess is i will undoubtably run across ships like this....making the non sinking part of the quest almost impossible.
On the positive side...
captain who avoids glitching (from my conversations with her, at least) and she was unable to get out of the glitch
it appears the glitch may be happening without the knowledge of the captain. so maybe i'll be invinsible by accident!
and i can complete the quest.
anyway, not happy with this new report...hopefully it will get fixed shortly.
